Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form.
Initial Examination
Your dentist starts by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a thorough dental exam. Your exam will include a detailed examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any necessary X-rays.
Your Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will create a long-term dental treatment plan to address your unique dental concerns. Your dentist will also answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please let us know about any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the appointment space to another patient.

In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders from us. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

Do you provide services in any languages other than English?
Yes, our two offices are able to provide dental services in French and other languages.

Do your clinics have on-site parking?
There is free on-site parking available for all our patients and we are also easily accessible by public transit at both of our locations.
